Fraser Construction was founded in 1982 with a simple belief: how you build matters as much as what you build. That philosophy has guided every nail, every shingle, and every handshake for over four decades.
Today, under the leadership of second-generation owner Cory Varao, we've grown into Cape Cod's most comprehensive construction company — with six specialized departments that handle everything from a new roof to a complete home transformation.

With 16 years of hands-on construction experience and all the licenses to back it up, Cory took the reins in April 2023 as the second-generation leader. He personally handles roofing, siding, and skylight sales and production while driving a modern vision that honors the legacy Fraser was built on.
